What is your return policy?
Free returns on all items that are defective due to manufacturing defects. All items must be unopened and unused in original container.
I received the wrong item
This has never happened. However, should it happen to you, contact us immediately. Once we confirm that you, in fact, did not receive the products your ordered, we will make arrangements to switch out the items you received for your correct corresponding order.
My order arrived damaged
All items are carefully packaged so this should be of no concern. However, should this happen to you, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
